Exchange Marks Registry and workplaces thereof :-
(1) For the motivations behind this Act, there might be an exchange marks registry and the Marks Registry built up under the Trade and Merchandise Marks Act, 1958 (43 of 1958) should be the Trade Marks Registry under this Act.
(2) The head office of the Trade Marks Registry might be at such place as the Central Government may indicate, and with the end goal of encouraging the enrollment of Trade Marks, there might be built up at such places as the Central Government may think fit branch workplaces of the Trade Marks Registry.
(3) The Central Government may, by warning in the Official Gazette, characterize as far as possible inside which an office of the Trade Marks Registry may practice its capacities.
(4) There might be a seal of the Trade Marks Registry
